- Hangman (News) - A hangman game about words related to the news.

- It's Greek To Me! - Test your knowledge of words with Greek roots.

- Clean Up Your Grammar - The beach is getting dirty with bad grammar, and your help is needed to clean it help. Pick your level (Level 1 or 2), and put the trash in the correct garbage can.
- Go Grammar - This site has many grammar games for you to choose from.
- Verb Tenses - Many different verb tense activities and exercises. At the bottom of the page is a chart that lists the different verb tenses and provides an example of how to use each tense correctly.

- Graphic Organizers - These graphic organizers will help you brainstorm about your writing.
- Online Writing Lab (OWL) at Purdue - This is a great site that I used all throughout high school and college and that may be useful to you while writing papers for any of your classes. There is a section for middle schoolers, as well. On the left side of the screen, click on "General Writing" for helpful information about the writing process or "Research and Citation" for useful information about how to properly format a paper using MLA format style. It's good for you to get familiar with this now.
